Cathy Bidini
Photographer/Educator
Cathy's goal is to educate, inspire and create passion for image-based art by demonstrating creative techniques and sharing her love for image-making.
She's a photographer and media communications educator and Media Communications program coordinator at Humber's Faculty of Media & Creative Arts in Toronto. Cathy has maintained a commercial photographic business for over 20 years and has been inspiring young minds for about just as long. She's also a photographic artist who has widely exhibited in many galleries throughout the country. She holds a BA in photography from Ryerson University and a Master of Arts and Education from Central Michigan University.
Cathy is also a leader in Study Abroad experiences who has lead creative workshops and international student exchanges to many countries: France, Germany, England, Netherlands, NY, Hong Kong and China to produce visual content while experiencing the impact of visual communications globally. Much of the visual content presented on this website is an example of Cathy modelling different ways of seeing and capturing images abroad - enjoy.
